There isn’t a term, that is more associated with travelling, than the infamous enter site “BUCKET LIST”.
I think a Bucket List is never done, never enough and never finished. It should not only contain big tasks you want to do in your life, but small, fast-reachable things as well, like start learning a new language or trying a sport you haven’t done before.
Here it is, this is my never-ending list of adventures, dreams, goals, crazy & lunatic stuff I want to do, see & explore:
My travel goal is to http://phelpslollionsclub.org/wp-json/oembed/1.0// visit all 196 countries in the world. I mentioned that before on this site. But it is not my only goal.
I also want to see all 7 continents, all 50 US States, take scenic train journeys like the Orient Express, the Transsiberian Railway or take awesome long road trips through multiple countries.
I want to travel from Cairo to Cape Town, from Anchorage to Ushuaia. I want to travel from my Hometown to Australia by public transport.
I want to see animals in their natural habitat, trek through Sahara, Gobi and Atacama desert, join an expedition to North Pole and South Pole, see all new world wonders, all natural world wonders and see sunsets in all oceans.
I want to meet people and cultures that inspire and challenge me at the same time. It is a constant endeavor that drives me to not stand still, to get out and sleep on airport floors, waiting at 6am for two hours at a train station all for the sake of the unknown.
I want to build a life I won’t need to take a vacation from.
I want to be and I’m going to be a travel writer, global explorer and entrepreneuer…whatever lies ahead of me. I don’t know where this road will lead me, but if I don’t pursue this dream I wouldn’t be living the life that feels right to me.
The great thing about travelling is the people that you meet along the way, and that’s what it always has been about and always will be about.
